Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the venue, the ticket holder agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Validity

• Each ticket/pass is valid for one person only.

• One ticket permits one entry and one exit during the event.

• Tickets cannot be shared, duplicated, resold, or transferred without prior authorization from the event organizer.

• A valid ticket/pass must be presented at the entry gate for verification.

2. Entry & Re-Entry

• Once a guest enters the venue, the ticket is considered activated.

• Re-entry is strictly not permitted after exit.

• Once a guest exits the venue, the same ticket/pass cannot be used to enter again.

• Guests are advised to carry all necessary belongings with them before entering the venue.

3. Ticket Price

• The ticket price covers admission to the event and access to the applicable event areas mentioned at the time of purchase.

• Food, beverages, merchandise, premium services, or other paid experiences are not included in the ticket price unless specifically mentioned.

• Food and beverage purchases at venue counters will be charged separately.

4. Food & Outside Items

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Garden Arena.

• The organizer reserves the right to restrict any item that may pose a safety, security, or operational concern.

• Guests must comply with all venue security instructions.

5. Security & Entry Checks

• All guests may be subject to security checks before entering the venue.

• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any person carrying prohibited or restricted items.

• Guests must carry a valid ticket/pass and any identification document requested for verification.

• Entry may be denied if a ticket is found to be invalid, duplicated, tampered with, or obtained through unauthorized channels.

6. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully towards other attendees, staff, performers, and venue personnel.

• Abusive, threatening, violent, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove any guest from the venue for violating event or venue rules.

• No refund will be provided to guests removed from the venue due to misconduct.

7. Prohibited Items

Guests may not bring prohibited items into the venue, including but not limited to:

• Weapons or sharp objects

• Illegal substances

• Fireworks or explosives

• Outside food and beverages

• Items that may endanger other guests

• Any other item restricted by the venue or security team

8. Event Schedule & Changes

• Event schedules, performances, artists, activities, facilities, and timings may be changed, modified, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

• The organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes whenever possible.

• Entry to the event does not guarantee access to any particular artist, performance, activity, seating area, or experience unless specifically stated with the ticket.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

• Ticket cancellation and refund policies will be governed by the refund terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• Once a ticket has been used for entry, it will not be eligible for refund.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival, voluntary exit, or failure to attend the event.

• In case of event cancellation, postponement, or major changes, the applicable refund or transfer policy will be communicated by the organizer.

Important: Don't publish "tickets are non-refundable under all circumstances" unless that is actually your intended commercial policy and you've had it reviewed for your specific ticketing setup.

10. Photography & Recording

• Photography, videography, and recording may take place during the event.

• By attending the event, guests acknowledge that they may appear in photographs, videos, promotional material, social media content, or other event-related communications.

• Professional photography or recording equipment may require prior authorization.

11. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

• The organizer and venue will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

12. Children & Minors

• Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult unless otherwise specified.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of minors accompanying them.

• Any dedicated kids' facilities or activities are subject to their respective rules and availability.

13. Health & Safety

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, or venue management.

• In case of an emergency, guests must immediately follow evacuation and safety instructions.

• The organizer reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to any area for safety, crowd management, weather, technical, or operational reasons.

14. Venue Rules

• All guests must comply with the rules and instructions of the event organizer and venue management.

• Unauthorized access to restricted, backstage, VIP, technical, or staff-only areas is strictly prohibited.

• Any damage caused intentionally to venue property or event infrastructure may result in appropriate action.

15. Lost Tickets / Passes

• Guests are responsible for keeping their tickets, QR codes, wristbands, or passes secure.

• Lost, damaged, duplicated, or compromised tickets may not be replaced unless specifically permitted by the organizer.

16. Unauthorized Ticket Sales

• Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be invalid.

• The organizer will not be responsible for tickets purchased through fraudulent, unauthorized, or third-party channels.

• Resale of tickets at unauthorized prices or through unauthorized channels may result in cancellation of the ticket.

17. Right of Admission

• The organizer reserves the right to deny or cancel admission where reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal, operational, or venue-management reasons.

• In such cases, the applicable refund policy will apply.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or entering the event premises, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
