Depending on how you use Eventico, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account & Booking Details: Name, email address, mobile number for WhatsApp/SMS ticket delivery, and attendee names.
- Payment Data: All financial payments are encrypted and processed securely by RBI-authorized payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Eventico never stores your complete debit/credit card numbers or UPI MPINs.
- Device & Usage Information: IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and app logs to detect fraud and bot purchases.
- Location Data: Approximate city/state location to recommend local venues and concerts.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is processed only for legitimate business purposes:
- Confirming reservations and issuing digital entry QR passes.
- Providing organizers with gate attendance lists for venue security.
- Sending important event updates (venue changes, gate timings, cancellation alerts).
- Preventing black-market ticket scalping and duplicate entries.
